What Bird Dog Structures is

Bird Dog Structures LLC is an independent local dealer and customer coordinator based in Corpus Christi, Texas. We help homeowners, landowners, and small businesses select, configure, and order metal garages, workshops, RV and boat covers, equipment buildings, and small commercial structures.

What Bird Dog Structures is not

Bird Dog Structures is not a manufacturer, erection contractor, engineer, or concrete contractor. Bird Dog Structures does not design, engineer, fabricate, deliver, or install any structure. Our employees do not perform construction, erection, or installation work.

Who does the work

Structures ordered through Bird Dog Structures are engineered, fabricated, delivered, and installed by a partner manufacturer, under a separate agreement directly between the customer and that manufacturer. That agreement — not this website — governs warranties, delivery timelines, installation standards, and liability for the physical structure. We recommend every customer read that agreement carefully before signing.

We do not identify a specific manufacturer publicly until a dealer agreement is in place. Once your project moves into configuration, we'll tell you which manufacturer partner is involved.

Permitting, HOA, and site preparation

Permitting, HOA approval, and site preparation (including any required concrete slab or pad) are the responsibility of the property owner. Bird Dog Structures does not file permits, represent customers before permitting authorities, or perform site or concrete work. We're glad to point you toward your local building department and to explain the site requirements your manufacturer partner sets for a given structure.

Service area

Bird Dog Structures currently serves Corpus Christi and the surrounding South Texas communities. We are not currently marketing or accepting projects outside this area.
